Apple couscous
This is a very simple apple couscous recipe that I’m sure you have never heard of.
You can eat as much as you would like, it is not very low in calories and fat, it means that you are not going to gain weight while still enjoying yourself, it is very delicious.
Here are the ingredients you need:
Ingredients
  • 40 g couscous
  • 10% unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 sliced apple
  • Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Now, here is how to prepare our apple couscous:
  2. Fluff couscous by covering with boiling water one hour before.
  3. Spoon the couscous into 2 ramekins.
  4. Sweeten yogurt with the stevia and spread over the two ramekins.
  5. Cook the apple slices in the microwave for 3 minutes and put them over the yogurt.
  6. Finally Sprinkle with cinnamon.
