- Half a kilogram of couscous that you need to steam, if you don’t know how to do so, refer to the posts on my website where I explain how to steam and cook couscous the proper Moroccan way.
- 2 cups of buttermilk.
- One cup of steamed fava beans.
Instructions
- Now, let’s look how to prepare the traditional Moroccan buttermilk couscous.
- Simply, take a medium bowl and fill it with your steamed couscous, then, add to it half a cup of buttermilk and a handful of steamed fava beans.
- Mix very well and enjoy.
