Here are the ingredients you will need:
Ingredients
  • 300g plums
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Saffron
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • 1 tomato, seeded
  • Coriander
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. Now, let’s talk about its preparation:
  2. Brown the chicken thighs and just after the onions. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the mixture.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon of each spice, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1 pinch of salt with honey in a glass of water and add to the chicken. Add the cilantro.
