- 300g plums
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Saffron
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- 1 tomato, seeded
- Coriander
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Now, let’s talk about its preparation:
- Brown the chicken thighs and just after the onions. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the mixture.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of each spice, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1 pinch of salt with honey in a glass of water and add to the chicken. Add the cilantro.
