Duck breasts couscous

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 12 prunes
- 6 dried apricots
- 1 red pepper, canned
- 1 packet of sweet spices scented couscous tipiak, if it is not available, just use any brand of instant couscous and add to it ras elhanout and cinnamon, just a few pinches
- 200g dried duck breast
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 small can of chickpeas
- 50 cl chicken stock
Instructions
- Now, let’s prepare our duck breasts and couscous:
- Slice the onions and fry in olive oil in a skillet. Drizzle with honey and continue to return to caramelize, then add broth and peeled garlic.
- Cover and simmer over low heat.
- Put prunes and apricots 1 hour in warm water. Cut the peppers into strips.
- Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
- Once the couscous is ready, pour it into a pan with a knob of butter.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, and then add the pepper strips, fruit and drained chickpeas. Reheat.
