Exotic couscous
This exotic couscous recipe is one that you will not find in traditional Moroccan cuisine, it is made with mango and the taste is simply light and fabulous.
Here are the ingredients you need:
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 grams of semolina
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 40 ounces of water
  • 1 mango
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoons paprika
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Now, for the preparation:
  2. Peel and cut the mango, recover flesh in a bowl, add chopped cilantro and spices. Keep for later on.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips and fry in a tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile place the couscous in a dish, add salt, a tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice and pour 40 ounces of boiling water. Cover and set aside the time the chicken is cooked.
  5. Finally fluff your couscous, add the diced mango and chicken.
    Add a few sprigs of cilantro for decoration and serve immediately.
