  • 4 white fish fillets
  • Fish stock (you can use the powdered one, you just need to mix it with the appropriate amount of water)
  • Butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • Pepper
Instructions

  2. Fry the fish fillets in butter, 1 minute per side. Salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the fillets and pour 2-3 glasses of fish stock in the pan.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare your couscous according to the package
