Fish meatballs and rice tagine
This is a very spicy and easy tagine to prepare; you just need some quality fish filet.
Here are the ingredients:
Ingredients
  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • Three tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 100 g of cooked rice
  • Two teaspoons of paprika
  • One teaspoon of cumin
  • One teaspoon of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • One teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Three tablespoons of tomato puree
  • Three tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 red or green pepper
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Olives for decoration
Instructions
  1. Now for the preparation:
    Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and place them in a bowl
  2. Add the cooked rice and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, cumin) and mix well
  3. Form meatballs
  4. In a tagine, place the oil first, grated tomato, parsley, garlic, tomato
  5. puree and meatballs
  6. Place sliced peppers on top and cook on low heat.
  7. Decorate with olives
