  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
Instructions
  1. Now, let’s make our Greek couscous salad:
  2. Cook one cup of couscous according to the method of cooking in the packing. (usually it is one part of couscous to one part of boiling water).
  3. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
  4. Let rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
  5. And that’s it!
  6. All quantities are to taste; you can adjust this recipe to your liking. This couscous salad is eaten cold as légé (light) meal or a side dish.
