La Kama chicken tagine with preserved lemons

Ingredients
  • 1cup Onionsliced
  • 1cup Potatoescubed
  • 1cup Onion, diceddiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet yellow pepper
  • 1.5Tablespoons saffron water
  • 1-2teaspoons Salt
  • 1pound ChickenCut into bite sized pieces
  • 1Tablespoon La Kama
  • 1small Hot red peppersliced
  • 3/4 preserved lemonthinly sliced
  • 1/2cup olive oilheated
Instructions
  1. – Layer all ingredients in a tagine in the order listed
    – Pour over the hot oil
    – Simmer on low (2 heat) slowly for about 45 minutes
    – Do not mix
    – Serve with bread
