Lamb and green beans tagine
This is a very succulent and nutritious tagine, and I’m sure that the smells are always going to remind you of the good Moroccan cuisine.
The ingredient:
Ingredients
  • 1/2 kilo of lamb
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
  • One cup of water, you may add more during cooking
  • 2 cups of frozen green beans
  • 1 large tomato
Instructions
  1. Now for the preparation:
    Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces and put in a pot
  2. Chop the garlic and parsley and add to the rest
  3. Put the saffron, cumin, salt, pepper, ginger and mix with a wooden spoon
  4. Then add the lamb pieces and mix everything
  5. Add half a glass of water, and add a little water during cooking if there is not enough
  6. Cook the lamb and remove it when tender. Place it in a sealed container
  7. Add green beans and cook until very tender and moist
  8. Serve warm by placing the lamb in a serving tagine and the green beans on top and the sauce around.
