Marinated Carrot Salad, Moroccan style
This is a very famous Moroccan salad, if you have already visited this country, you may have tasted it, and here is a very simple recipe to make it:
Ingredients
  • 500 g of carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Now for the preparation:
  2. Peel carrots, wash them and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Steam for 10 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl.
  4. Finally
    Throw in the finely chopped garlic, spices, lemon juice, oil, cilantro and parsley. Mix well and let marinate for at least half an hour before serving.
