Oven baked tagine

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of lamb collar
  • 8 small new potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small bunch of parsley and cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 a preserved lemon
  • Some olives
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
