Peach chicken tagine
During the peach season, you can enjoy these fruits in so many ways and styles, but I bet that you have never tried making a peach tagine. It is amazing.

- 6 pieces of chicken of your choice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 peaches
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns or cumin (to taste)
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Almonds
Instructions
- Now for the preparation:
- Cut the chicken into pieces and brown in oil in a cooking tagine.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions. When the chicken is golden brown, replace it with the onions.
- Add the honey when the onions become translucent. Caramelize a few minutes. Return the chicken pieces. Add the spices. Salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 hour over low heat covered, keep monitoring and adding water if necessary.
- Finally
10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the peeled peaches cut in halves, almonds and then, just before serving, chopped coriander.
