Pomegranates honey and almonds Couscous
This is definitely one of the best couscous salads recipes you can make, it is very easy to prepare and it tastes gorgeous.

- 300g couscous
- 50g butter
- 20 cl of milk
- 5 cl orange flower water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 50g ground almonds
- 2 beautiful pomegranates
Instructions
- Preparing pomegranates honey and almonds couscous:
Mix the milk with orange flower water. In a shallow dish, add 10 ml of milk and work the couscous with your hands, let rest for 10 minutes. - Add the ground almonds and mix well.
- Put the couscous in the top rack of the couscoussier. Cook uncovered until the steam passes through the couscous.
- Remove the top rack of the couscoussier and pour its contents into the dish. Sprinkle the couscous with 8cl milk. Mix the couscous by hand, massage it with your fingertips to separate the semolina grains. Pour the butter and then with a wooden spoon spread roughly in the dish. Let cool.
- Put the couscous in the top rack of the couscoussier and repeat the process. Remove the top rack of the couscoussier, pour the couscous into the dish and sprinkle with the remaining milk. Let cool.
- Put the couscous in the top rack of the couscoussier and repeat the process. Put the couscous in the pan, and mix well by hand.
- Finally, add honey and mix well then add the cinnamon and let it cool.
- Deseed the pomegranates and gently mix the couscous grains with the pomegranates seeds. Serve the couscous in a tagine and garnish with some pomegranates seeds on the side.
