Prawns and fish couscous
This is somehow a very unusual couscous recipe, because in Morocco, people do not put fish and prawns in their couscous, but I’m sure that you will enjoy this one.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
Ingredients
  • 200g couscous
  • 200g fillet of pollack
  • 12 peeled prawns
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • parsley
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • Fish broth for cooking fish fillet
Instructions
  1. Now, let’s prepare this recipe:
  2. Cook the fish fillet in the broth.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the onion and zucchini in a skillet with a little olive oil.
  4. And a little broth and simmer for 15 minutes, add prawns and salmon strips, 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
  5. Hydrated the couscous with the broth in which the fish has cooked, prepare the couscous as indicated in the package.
  6. Finally, add the couscous topping and serve hot.
