- 3 onions, sliced

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- The preparation:
In a cooking tagine, place the onion, chicken, oil, spices and mix very well - Add water and cook for at least thirty-five minutes, or when the chicken is tender and well cooked
