Sea couscous
This recipe is fantastic if you crave fish in your couscous, I’m sure that you are going to love it.
Here are the ingredients you need:
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 2 fillets of saithe
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celeriac
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 200 g of fine couscous semolina
  • 1 liter fish stock
  • Ras el hanout
Instructions
  1. Preparing our sea couscous:
  2. Cut the vegetables coarsely.
  3. Fry in oil over low heat. Moisten with water halfway and sprinkle with ras el hanout. Simmer.
  4. Cut the fennel and onions into slices. Sauté in olive oil and add the fish stock.
  5. Pour the couscous into a flat dish. Add a little oil and pour the hot chicken stock. Do not mix but let rise.
  6. Cut the fillets in half.
  7. Finally
    Pour the sieved stock over your fish and bake for 8 minutes at 150 ° C.
