- 4 salmon steaks

- 200 g of fine couscous semolina
- 1 liter fish stock
- Ras el hanout
Instructions
- Preparing our sea couscous:
- Cut the vegetables coarsely.

- Cut the fennel and onions into slices. Sauté in olive oil and add the fish stock.
- Pour the couscous into a flat dish. Add a little oil and pour the hot chicken stock. Do not mix but let rise.
