Yogurt and spices couscous salad
This is one of the most delicious couscous and yogurt salads you can make, the spices increase the flavors and add an oriental feeling to it.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
Ingredients
  • 240g couscous
  • 360 ml of water (it is important to respect the doses)
  • 2 tomatoes, not too ripe
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • A small can of corn (150 g)
  • 50g raisins
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Let’s look how to make a delicious yogurt and spices couscous salad:
  2. Put the couscous in a large bowl. Add the cilantro, dill, basil, a little pepper and raisins, mix well.
  3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and with a fork stir well, try not to make lumps.
  4. Boil water, add a little salt to it and pour over the couscous grains.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile wash, deseed and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  7. Drain the corn and set aside. Cook the eggs and cut them into pieces.
  8. In a bowl pour the yogurt, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon chives, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  9. Finally
    Using a fork, slowly fluff your couscous. Add the tomatoes, corn, hard-boiled eggs. Pour dressing and mix well. Place the bowl in the fridge until serving time.
